Competition Draws Explained
Entering one of our competitions is easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow the 3 easy steps.
- Pick your prize.
- Answer the skill question correctly and buy your ticket.
- Receive your ticket immediately and wait for the Live Draw.

A competition will run during the period between the stated start and finish times, each competition is individual so lengths may differ. Details for each draw are featured on the Current Competition page on our site.
The prize draw will take place on the date stated on each competition. The draw itself will be available to view on social media channels via a live stream and a recording archived on YouTube. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on our website. We aim to be as transparent as possible and have added extra measures to give you 100% confidence in our draws, for instance, using a touch pad (iPad etc) for the random number generator so you can see the button presses live and you are not just watching a recorded screen of a generator. Should you ever have any concerns or would like to suggest anything else we could do to make you feel at ease please let us know.
The competition is open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter, software developer and suppliers. ID will be required to receive any prizes so do not enter under any assumed names.
Tickets FAQ
The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed on the competition page. This maximum number is fixed and will not change. Although the total number of tickets won’t change, we will still draw the winner(s) even if tickets are unsold.
The maximum number of tickets for a competition, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed on the competition page.
Once you have checked out and the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.
Each competition on our website has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.
You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of our website.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn and no refunds are available.
Please use the forgot my password feature on our website on the login page using the email address registered.
Payment
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated on each competitions page and won’t change during the sale period.
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.
Prize information
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.
We will arrange delivery of your prize with you.
We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternatives unless advertised on the competition page. We may, however, offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize in exceptional circumstances as detailed in our terms and conditions. This is entirely at our discretion.
To ensure transparency and compliance, we would like to take a photo of you and your prize to go on to the winners’ page of our website. This is not mandatory and you can find more details on our privacy policy.
We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize to another entrant of that particular competition which will be drawn live and published on our website. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf and all prize winners have to verify their ID and payment information before collecting.
